Duties:  Rewind and repair of electric motors and generators. After his probation period ASEA trained and supervised him on rewinding High Voltage Generators with voltages ranging from 4160 Volts to 14,000 Volts. After 30 days of training, ASEA placed him in charge of all High Voltages form coils and high voltage rewinding.

Duties: Coordinate all incoming and outgoing jobs. Technical Supervisor Quality Control Supervisor in charge of inventory, equipment maintenance, invoices, estimates, service on site, environmental and safety. Training and employee relations.

1994-96 Stephen returned to MG Electric as the Repair Shop Manager, which he reduced warranties from 14% to 2%, changed over to a new parts storage system, and implemented a safety program. He was also in charge of purchasing and calibration of new equipment and production meetings, safety, environment and security coordinator.  

1996-97 T.A.W. (formerly MG Electric), Manager of the Field Service department in charge of sales, scheduling, vibration analysis, infra-red thermography and laser alignment.
